Susan has spent two decades in the industry. She has worked for major hotel chains, airlines and cruise agencies as a travel consultant and group leader. She has also worked for many travel agencies over the years, but knew she could best serve travelers by creating an agency on her own terms. She was determined to prove that her agency could provide better service and value than any other means of travel planning. Susan is proud to be part of making so many travelers' dreams come true!
